The Faculty of Teacher Education at Sadanlal Sanwaldas Khanna Girls' Degree College, A constituent college of the University of Allahabad, is equipped with well-established infrastructure to support the academic and professional development of student-teachers enrolled in the Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP).

The existing infrastructure has been developed in accordance with the guidelines of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and is designed to foster an engaging, inclusive, and modern teaching-learning environment. The department offers a range of physical and academic resources that cater to the needs of both students and faculty.
